Objectives

This program aims at nurturing technical and skilled talents with good professional ethics and qualities, good job adaptability and innovation, mastering the integrated circuit (IC) chip manufacturing technology process and IC design, packaging and testing technology, having the capability in IC manufacturing, packaging, testing and product testing, IC production equipment operation management and maintenance, and the preliminary design of an integrated circuit chip, being able to adapt to high-speed development of the microelectronics industry, and having high professional quality, excellent language skills, strong professional skills, the lifelong development capacity and international vision.

Career Prospects

The graduates are oriented to enterprises related to IC design and manufacturing, and mainly will be engaged in IC product design, manufacturing, packaging, testing, quality control, process planning and equipment maintenance etc.. Theymay also be engaged in product purchase, marketing and technical support in the IC field.
