SISO new school year saw its new students coming from all over the country to begin their university life here. The college was busy welcoming its new recruits during Sept, 24-25. Uptil the morning of Sept. 26, 1912 new comers from 21 provinces had themselves registered, the number hitting 97.3 percent of the applicants, keeping a good record.
