On the afternoon of Oct. 14, the signing ceremony was held in Ye Sheng-tao Memorial Hall to open an off-campus practice base by SISO and Lu Zhi Township of Wu Zhong District, Suzhou.

Yan Shi-qing, Party Secretary and President of SISO and Wang Xiao-gang, Vice Party Secretary of Lu Zhi Township signed the agreement on the spot.

Ding Zhi-wei, Vice Party Secretary and Vice President of SISO and Han Fa-you, Vice Director of the Organization and Social Security Bureau of Lu Zhi Township jointly unveiled the base.
