On September 9, SISO opened its arms wide to welcome 1735 new students from 26 provinces across the country. For this important event, the institute leaders, staff members and volunteers had set up a “Hot” Arch in the Autumn drizzle earlier on. Up to the morning of 10th, 1665 new students had themselves registered, thus reaching the 95.97% high registration rate .
