On the afternoon of November 16th, Acting Mayor Li, Yaping came to SISO to deliver a speech on campus to highlight the spirit of the 19th Party congress. Acting Mayor Li dwelt upon five aspects concerning the development of the young people, Suzhou and SISO in line with the spirit of the Congress. The whole faculty and 300 student representatives attended the meeting chaired by Professor Yan, Shiqing, head of the SISO Party Committee. 

Afterwards, Acting Mayor Li met the members of SISO team for promoting the spirit of the 19th Party Congress.
